1. Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of the digital device registration service and the delivery of signing and provisioning files for Apple devices offered by CERTLIUM.
Before making payment, the Client must read this document in full. Purchasing the service, submitting the UDID, and making payment constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Client declares that they have verified the device, the UDID, the selected plan, the price, the warranty period, and the cancellation conditions before confirming the purchase.
2. Service description
The service includes registration of the UDID provided by the Client and delivery of the corresponding files, normally in .p12 and .mobileprovision formats, to enable the installation of compatible applications on an Apple device.
The service is entirely digital and customized for the submitted UDID.
Each purchase applies to one device and one UDID only, unless the offer expressly states otherwise.
The service does not include:
- physical products;
- an Apple Developer account;
- access to the account used to issue the files;
- applications;
- support for third-party applications;
- any guarantee of compatibility with all applications, devices, or versions of iOS or iPadOS.
The service is independent and is not sponsored, authorized, administered, or endorsed by Apple Inc.
3. Nature and validity of certificates
The effective duration of each individual certificate depends on its issue date, expiration date, continuity of the issuing account, Apple’s decisions, and other factors outside CERTLIUM’s control.
Apple may revoke, suspend, invalidate, or modify the operation of a certificate at any time.
An individual certificate may expire or be revoked before the purchased warranty period ends.
Accordingly, the number of days advertised for each plan represents a commercial coverage and replacement period, and not a promise that the same individual certificate will remain active for the entire period.
When applicable under the purchased plan, a revocation will be handled through certificate replacement and not through a refund.
4. Plans and warranty
4.1 Zero Plan
The Zero Plan does not include warranty coverage or replacement after the initial activation and delivery.
Delivery may only be corrected when the files provided by CERTLIUM are incorrect or do not correspond to the UDID correctly submitted by the Client.
Revocations occurring after delivery are not covered by this plan.
4.2 Basic Plan
The Basic Plan includes a 30-calendar-day warranty, counted from the date of first activation.
During that period, CERTLIUM will issue the replacements required for the same device and the same UDID, provided that the conditions set out in this document are met.
4.3 Premium Plan
The Premium Plan includes a 300-calendar-day warranty, counted from the date of first activation.
During that period, CERTLIUM will issue the replacements required for the same device and the same UDID, provided that the conditions set out in this document are met.
4.4 PERMANENT Certificate
The product marketed as PERMANENT includes a commercial warranty of 999 calendar days, counted from the date of first activation.
The name “PERMANENT” is the commercial name of the plan and does not mean that any individual certificate is technically perpetual, irrevocable, or unlimited.
Because the technical validity of an individual certificate may be shorter than the total warranty period, CERTLIUM will supply, at no additional charge, the replacement certificates required to maintain coverage for the same device and the same UDID until the 999-day period is completed.
The 999-day period does not restart, extend, or renew with each replacement. All certificates delivered form part of one single warranty period, whose expiration date is calculated from the first activation.
Coverage ends once the 999 days have elapsed, even if the final certificate delivered remains active after that date.
5. Scope and conditions of the warranty
The warranty consists exclusively of the possibility of receiving a replacement certificate for the same device and the same UDID during the period corresponding to the purchased plan.
To request a replacement, the Client must:
- contact CERTLIUM through an official channel;
- provide the information required to identify the purchase;
- retain the same device and the same UDID;
- not have shared, resold, published, or leaked the delivered files;
- not have used the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or third-party-rights-infringing activities;
- cooperate with any reasonable checks required to diagnose the issue.
The warranty does not cover:
- errors in the UDID provided by the Client;
- change, loss, sale, theft, or replacement of the device;
- incompatibility with a particular application;
- system or device modifications that affect the operation of the service;
- improper use of the files;
- failure to follow the instructions provided;
- issues caused by third-party applications or services;
- breaches of these Terms and Conditions;
- revocations occurring outside the warranty period.
Replacements are subject to technical availability, processing times, verification, and operational continuity of the service.
CERTLIUM does not guarantee that a replacement will be immediate or that there will be no temporary interruption between a revocation and delivery of the new certificate.
6. Permitted use
The files are delivered exclusively for the Client’s personal use on the registered device.
The following are prohibited:
- reselling, sublicensing, or commercializing the files;
- sharing, publishing, or distributing them;
- using them on a device other than the registered device;
- attempting to transfer them to another UDID;
- using them for fraud, malware, piracy, or unlawful activities;
- infringing intellectual property rights or other third-party rights;
- taking any action that may compromise the issuing account, the certificate, or continuity of the service.
A breach of this section may result in immediate suspension of support, cancellation of the warranty, and, where technically possible, revocation or deactivation of the certificate.
7. Price and payment
The price, currency, purchased plan, and payment method will be disclosed before the purchase is confirmed.
Payment must be made in advance through one of the payment methods enabled by CERTLIUM.
The purchase will not be considered confirmed until payment has been received and validated.
Before making payment, the Client is responsible for confirming:
- that the UDID is correct;
- that it belongs to the device they wish to register;
- that the selected plan is appropriate;
- that they understand the scope of the warranty;
- that they understand the cancellation and refund conditions.
Fees, taxes, currency conversion charges, or other charges imposed by banks, card issuers, or payment processors may be payable by the Client where applicable.
8. Activation and delivery
Delivery will be made through the bot, a link, email, Telegram, or another official channel designated by CERTLIUM.
Activation will begin after payment, the UDID, and all other required information have been received and validated.
Any stated delivery times are estimates and may be affected by verification, maintenance, technical availability, CERTLIUM delays, Apple-related issues, or other external factors.
The service will be considered delivered when the Client receives access to the files corresponding to the submitted UDID.
The Client’s failure to download, install, or use the files does not mean the service was not delivered and does not create any right to a refund.
The Client must report any incorrect file or delivery issue within a reasonable period after receiving it.
9. Cancellations and refunds
The service offered by CERTLIUM is entirely digital, customized, and irreversible. Each purchase is processed exclusively for the UDID submitted by the Client and cannot be reused, transferred, or assigned to another device.
Once payment has been received and UDID registration has begun, the service will be considered in progress and the purchase will be final.
No cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted after the registration process has begun, regardless of whether the Client:
- decides not to use the certificate;
- requests cancellation of the purchase;
- changes, sells, loses, or replaces the device;
- provides an incorrect UDID;
- does not download or install the files;
- discovers that a specific application is not compatible;
- experiences a revocation covered by the warranty;
- fails to follow the instructions or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
When a revocation is covered by the purchased plan, the sole applicable remedy will be replacement of the certificate under the corresponding warranty and not a refund of the purchase price.
A refund will only be issued when CERTLIUM is unable to complete the registration or deliver a functional certificate due exclusively to a cause attributable to CERTLIUM, and cannot provide a replacement or equivalent solution.
A delay in activation or replacement will not automatically give rise to a refund where the service remains technically possible and is still being processed.
10. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, the Client must contact CERTLIUM through an official channel and allow the case to be reviewed.
The Client must provide the information required to verify the purchase, the device, the UDID, the delivery, and any alleged issue.
The initiation of an unfounded, fraudulent, duplicate, or bad-faith chargeback may result in:
- immediate suspension of support;
- cancellation of the warranty;
- revocation or deactivation of the certificate, where technically possible;
- blocking the Client from future purchases;
- submission of receipts, conversations, records, UDID data, delivery evidence, and any other relevant documentation to the payment processor.
The existence of a revocation covered by warranty, incompatibility with an application, or the Client’s decision not to use the service does not, by itself, constitute non-delivery.
If a payment processor holds, reverses, or refunds the amount of a transaction, CERTLIUM may suspend the associated service and warranty until the dispute is finally resolved.
11. Support
Support includes:
- activation-related questions;
- access to and download of the files;
- general installation instructions;
- correction of delivery errors attributable to CERTLIUM;
- replacements included under the purchased warranty.
Support does not include:
- full device configuration;
- technical support for third-party applications;
- resolution of internal iOS or iPadOS issues;
- any guarantee that a specific application will work;
- modifications, jailbreak, application development, or advanced assistance not expressly included in the offer.
Standard support hours, GMT-3:
- Monday to Friday: 18:00 to 22:00;
- Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays: subject to availability.
The stated hours do not constitute a promise of immediate response or resolution.
12. Dependence on Apple and third parties
CERTLIUM does not control Apple’s decisions, systems, accounts, policies, restrictions, interruptions, verifications, or revocations.
CERTLIUM also does not control the operation, continuity, compatibility, or policies of applications, operating systems, installation services, payment processors, or other third-party services.
Apple may modify its systems, policies, or signing mechanisms without notice, which may temporarily or permanently affect the service.
When the purchased plan includes warranty coverage and the issue is covered, CERTLIUM will apply the replacement procedure set out in this document.
13. Limitation of liability
The Client uses the files and any installed applications at their own risk.
CERTLIUM will not be liable for:
- indirect damages;
- loss of data;
- loss of applications or settings;
- loss of profits or revenue;
- interruption of business or activity;
- application incompatibilities;
- decisions or actions taken by Apple;
- failures of third-party services;
- misuse of the files;
- consequences arising from applications installed by the Client.
Where liability applies, CERTLIUM’s total liability will be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for the purchase directly related to the claim.
The purchased warranty is the sole remedy applicable to a covered revocation and does not include additional compensation, automatic extension of the warranty period, or a refund of the purchase price.
14. Privacy and data processing
CERTLIUM may collect and process only the information required to process the purchase and provide the service, including:
- UDID;
- Client name or identifier;
- contact information;
- purchased plan;
- payment information and receipts;
- activation and delivery records;
- support conversations and requests;
- information required to prevent fraud and defend payment disputes.
This information may be used to:
- verify and process purchases;
- register devices;
- deliver certificates;
- manage warranties and replacements;
- provide support;
- prevent fraud;
- retain evidence of the transaction;
- respond to chargebacks or disputes;
- comply with operational or legal obligations.
Information may be disclosed to technology providers, payment processors, or other third parties where necessary to perform the service, prevent fraud, or defend a transaction.
CERTLIUM will not sell the Client’s personal information to third parties.
The Client may request correction or deletion of their information through the official channels, provided that retaining it is not necessary to maintain warranty coverage, prevent fraud, defend a dispute, or comply with an applicable obligation.
15. Suspension or cancellation of the service
CERTLIUM may suspend support, cancel the warranty, reject future purchases, or revoke the certificate where technically possible if the Client:
- breaches these Terms and Conditions;
- shares, sells, or leaks the files;
- uses the service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
- attempts to deceive CERTLIUM;
- provides false information;
- initiates fraudulent or abusive chargebacks;
- makes threats, engages in harassment, or behaves abusively toward CERTLIUM or through the support channels;
- places the continuity of the service, the issuing account, or other clients at risk.
Any suspension or cancellation caused by a breach by the Client will not create any right to a refund.
16. Changes to the terms
The terms applicable to each purchase will be those published and accepted at the time of the transaction.
CERTLIUM may modify these Terms and Conditions for future purchases to reflect operational, commercial, technical, Apple-related, or third-party changes.
Changes will not restart or extend warranty periods that have already begun.
Where a change materially affects the future operation of the service, it may be communicated through the official channels.
17. Official communications
Communications concerning purchases, activations, support, warranties, and replacements must be made through the official channels designated by CERTLIUM.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate contact information and retaining the identifier, receipt, or other information relating to the purchase.
Messages sent by accounts, profiles, or persons not identified as official channels are not binding on CERTLIUM.
18. Dispute resolution
The parties will attempt to resolve any disagreement through direct communication and review of the available information.
The Client must provide the information required to identify the purchase and allow CERTLIUM to review the case.
Failure by the Client to respond, refusal to provide information, or inability to verify the purchase may prevent support from being provided or the warranty from being applied.
